In this recipe you need all sorts of intricate spices, oils and hot sauce. But, why? Well, first you need some canola oil for frying. Take 24 chicken wings parts (separated into 12 pieces) to make the wings into shape. Next grab a 12-ounce bottle of cayenne sauce for flavor and spice. Then you will need to add butter to make a silky flavor. After this you will simmer butter into the chicken. Next once you have marinated your chicken wings in the hot sauce you will put in a foil pan and sit in oven to make the wings hot and fresh. Then put the celery to compliment the taste of the wings, and after you will put ranch to compliment the celery for a full and enjoyable meal. |
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Heat 3 inches of canola oil in a heavy pot to 375 degrees F.
Add half the chicken wing parts to the oil and fry them until they're golden brown and fully cooked and crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels to get out the leftover grease. Repeat with the other half of the wing parts.
In a saucepan, heat the cayenne sauce and butter over medium-low heat. Add the cayenne hot pepper sauce. Let it bubble up for flavor, and then turn off the heat.
Place the wings in an ovenproof dish and pour the hot sauce over the top. Toss to coat the wings, and then bake in the oven for about 15-20 min.
Serve with ranch dip, celery sticks.

Once you insert the frying oil you cause a chemical reaction because the molecules are forced to change and separate and create new molecules. One 12-ounce bottle cayenne hot pepper sauce, such as Frank's is a chemical reaction because you are adding taste/molecules to the dish. Cutting a stick of butter is a physical reaction because you are separating the butter into two. You have to cut the chicken pieces in two so this a physical reaction, which causes all the protons, neutrons, and electrons in the atoms to change in, looks but not chemically. The Tabasco sauce is added onto the wings, which cause the atoms to join, in which the atoms share a covalent bond. The celery needs to be cut so this is a physical reaction.
